Awaiting Schematic Design from A&E team. Planning & Analysis Project Team meetings being scheduled.

Programming meeting taken place Oct. 16th with client to review estimated requirements. Project design kick off to take place Nov. 5th between Central Facilities, MC IT, and contracted A&E team. Upon completion of project Kick Off a schematic design will be developed and planning and analysis meetings within IT will commence.

Planning for this location has been delayed pending programming verification by Central Facilities. Once the programming has been developed client and IT interviews will begin.

This project has been scheduled to take place after the WD&CE relocation from the HSC building to the Cafritz Foundation Arts Center building. Preliminary schematic design is underway between Central Facilities and HSC staff. Once this Schematic design has been completed it will be passed on to IT for review.
