The project will in 3 phases

First Phase:specific scope of work and requisition for this winter's work only. That work includes:
Moving SIWS' from 321 and 322 to 325 and 326
Moving SIWS, projector and screen from 124 to 119
Installing infrastructure necessary to support new 347
Cabling will be done by college while coordinating work with facilities.

Phase two:

Design documents are still being reviewed and modified. Work expected during the spring semester:
First floor office area
321/322 practice lab

For work performed over summer:

Minor modifications to third floor office suite

Schematic drawings have been done.
Facilities will be funding the 13 laptops and 1 WS.
Media resource campus manager is controlling the AV and SIM equipment.
Starting date is in the middle of November.
Cabling contractor is scheduled to be onsite for a walkthrough on Sept. 2 with college cabling group.
Facilities are working with the nursing (client) to try and start some work earlier then the middle of November. Possible start some work in September. No decision has of today. Sept 1st, 2011.

This project has been scheduled to take place after the WD&CE relocation from the HSC building to the Cafritz Foundation Arts Center building. Preliminary schematic design is underway between Central Facilities and HSC staff. Once this Schematic design has been completed it will be passed on to IT for review.

To date their has been no design work undertaken in relation to this project. Central Facilities is working to identify a PM for this project. Preliminary design work is estimated to begin in March of 2009.

Planning for this project will commence once the WD&CE project in the Cafritz Art Center has been designed. Upon relocation of WD&CE the space will be re-tasked to expand the nursing program.
